Booking & Payment
Bookings are made through our online booking system. Payment is processed at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the service type. By providing payment information, you authorize WellKept to charge the agreed amount for the service booked.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Specific cancellation windows and any associated fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Service Standards
Every cleaning professional working under the WellKept name is background-checked prior to placement. If you're not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to make it right.
Limitation of Liability
WellKept maintains general liability coverage for services performed. Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, except where required otherwise by law.
